Delia Diane Steiner, CEO

Diane has been in Project Administration and supported large corporate and government contracts for decades.  She is a Professional Administrator who grew up in a military family travelling the world and uses her experiences in government work with an extremely detailed driven eye to push organizations to realize their highest potential.  Diane is a Native Texan!

Alan "Al" Steiner, COO

Al is a former Navy Submariner Command Master Chief with 29 years in naval, special projects and joint military organizations around the world.  Project Management is his expertise and steered him to construction management and then being a Principal Specialist at a premier research institute after his Navy career.  Al has been led people management and high-level project management for over four decades.

Three Divisions and Three Outstanding Division Managers

Our Division Managers bring with them a total of over 50 years of experience in their fields.  Each one a specialist and professional who run their working Divisions with military precision and expertise.  With this team we have been able to expand exponentially!
